Hi Kim

Do hope that you're getting some relief from the pain now. And don't go doing too much once you start to improve, however tempting that may be!

Hello Kim

Do hope now you are home you are starting to feel better, I know what you mean about the cold weather, I feel cold even with the heating on, go out like a trussed up turkey, haven't really felt the cold like this for years.

Take care

Hi Kim

What a horrible time you've been having, glad that you're feeling well enough to go out. Please be careful though, with the frost and possible snow.

BigGrin I feel so sorry for you and i was going to moan about my problem and I read your problems and I have nothing wrong with me compared to you. Get well quickly but don't give up Christmas remember it is a birthday we cellabrate( I don't know if you are religiouse but I look to the Lord to help me) so remember the pain will get a bit better and I will pray for you that your coller bone heals up. Love David

Hi Kim

Not Been on for a little while just been reading what you did. I hope you are feeling much better I know it will take a long time to get right but take each day at a time and take things gently and have lots of warmth and hot drinks as it is so cold out side.
Take Care
Audrey
